Is this an exercise or weight loss program?

Plyovation™ is based on plyometrics and the concept of jumping from a stopped position. Because of this Regina also constructed the course segments of conditioning, strengthening, performance, and rest similar to a weight lifting or exercise training practice. Although a form of movement is part of the program, it is primarily your mindset that gets the workout. So you may break out in a sweat when you embrace the courage to make a change. And an observation about yourself may take your breath away, when you hear it for the first time, it won’t be from excessive burpees. That said, over the nine months, we are often reminded how one change affects everything. What you gain and what you lose is all up to you and we’re all united to get you to your goal.
